The challenge

A business technology and imaging provider ran its Singapore operation with procurement and invoicing handled separately from the finance system that ultimately recorded them.

That split is where reconciliation effort comes from: two records of the same commitment, kept in step by hand.

What we did

Valtatech implemented Coupa for the Singapore business, with both procurement and invoicing running on the platform.

Integration as a Service connects Coupa to the provider's SAP environment, so master data and transactions move between them without manual transfer, delivered as a monitored ongoing service rather than a one-off build.

THE OUTCOME

Procurement and invoicing on one platform in Singapore, integrated to the finance system as a maintained service.

Valtatech is software vendor agnostic. The technology named here is what this client selected; we start from requirements, operating model and existing systems. See how we approach Source to Pay →
