eInvoicePost connects your business to the Peppol e-invoicing network — and, in the countries that require it, to your tax authority — in one sign-up. Key in your first invoice today — no software to install, no IT project, no card required.
Free tier: Singapore · Malaysia · Australia · New Zealand
Peppol delivery also reaches 17 European markets — Belgium · Denmark · Finland · France · Germany · Greece · Iceland · Ireland · Italy · Luxembourg · Netherlands · Norway · Poland · Portugal · Slovakia · Sweden · United Kingdom. The free tier does not cover these yet — talk to us about invoicing into them.
That is Peppol delivery. Where a country also runs its own tax system — Italy's SDI, Poland's KSeF — meeting that is a separate requirement. See the full coverage list →
Valtatech's Peppol Access Point reaches 29 countries. Plan detail and sign-up live on eInvoicePost's own site.
Invoices already coming out of an ERP or procurement platform? eInvoicePost is the key-in product — you want our Peppol Access Point service → instead, which connects the same network to your finance system.
Your invoice reaches your customer's system and, where your country requires it, your tax authority — from a single send. Works in reverse for invoices you receive, too.
Step 2 depends on where you are. Some countries require an invoice to be cleared or reported to the tax authority before it reaches the buyer — Malaysia through LHDN, Singapore through IRAS for GST. Others have no such requirement at all: in Australia and New Zealand there is no tax authority step in e-invoicing, so it is neither needed nor offered, and your invoice goes straight onto the network. We set this up according to the country you invoice from.
No e-invoicing background required. If you can fill in a web form, you can be compliant and connected today.
No credit card, no expiry date, no "free for 30 days." A genuine free tier with no time limit, for as long as you use it. Available in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand to start with. Usage limits apply — ask us and we will tell you what they are.
Malaysia invoices clear through LHDN automatically as part of the send. Singapore GST reporting and the European markets route the same way once each direct integration is live — today our team handles those by hand. Australia and New Zealand have no tax authority step in e-invoicing, so there is nothing to activate there.
Customers and suppliers already on Peppol can send and receive with you from day one — nobody on their side has to sign up or change anything.
Most businesses finish all five in one sitting.

Peppol is a shared network that lets businesses send and receive e-invoices directly between their systems, no matter which software each side uses — similar to how email works between different providers. eInvoicePost is your connection point onto that network.
Valtatech is a certified Peppol Access Point in its own right. How the network works in detail →
Then eInvoicePost is the wrong product for you, and that's fine — it exists for teams who want to key invoices in and start sending today, not for systems integration.
If your invoices are already generated by an ERP or procurement platform and need to reach the network natively, that's our Peppol Access Point service instead: the same network, connected to your finance system rather than to a web form. Government agencies procuring through the ATO's Peppol panel go the same route.
No. eInvoicePost runs in your browser. On the Free plan you key in invoice details on screen — there's nothing to download or configure on your computer.
Yes — as long as they're connected to the Peppol network through any provider, their invoices can reach your eInvoicePost inbox. They don't need to sign up for eInvoicePost themselves.
Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and 17 European markets reachable over Peppol. The free tier covers Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand to start with — for the European markets, talk to us. What happens after you send depends on the country. Malaysia invoices are cleared with LHDN automatically the moment you send. Singapore GST reporting and the European markets go over Peppol immediately, with our team handling the tax authority leg by hand until each direct connection is live. Australia and New Zealand have no tax authority step in e-invoicing at all, so invoices simply travel over Peppol and arrive.
