PEPPOL EINVOICING · CERTIFIED ACCESS POINT

Structured, standards-based invoicing — for buyers, suppliers and government.

Valtatech runs a global certified Peppol Access Point, connecting businesses across 29 countries. We are an accredited eInvoicing service provider for Australia and New Zealand, and sit on the Australian Taxation Office's Peppol Capabilities and Associated Services Panel supporting government agencies onto the network.

Peppol is not the only system in play. Several countries run their own national clearance regimes alongside it, and across the six markets we work in, four — Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan — are on the Peppol network. Malaysia and the Philippines run their own national systems. See the country-by-country compliance guide →

HOW AN INVOICE MOVES

From your system into theirs, without a bespoke integration

Peppol is a shared network that lets businesses send and receive e-invoices directly between their systems, whichever software each side runs — much like email works between different providers. An Access Point is your connection onto it. Valtatech is one.

WHY PEPPOL

What that changes for your AP and AR teams

Connecting once to the network replaces the per-partner integrations, the emailed PDFs and the re-keying that sit between most buyers and suppliers today.

Full-service model

No manual invoice data entry required — all data is captured electronically through the Peppol network and delivered to your AP/AR process.

Built for government mandates

The Australian Government's Digital Business Plan requires Peppol eInvoicing across agencies, with a mandate to pay suppliers within five days of receiving an invoice via the network.

Works inside the platform you already run

We connect the Peppol network to the finance system you already run — ERP, procurement platform or accounting software — rather than asking you to move. Where a certified connector already exists for your platform, the integration is shorter still: for Coupa, as one example, our Peppol Connector for Coupa Invoice is certified in the Coupa App Marketplace and enables supplier and buyer eInvoicing directly inside it.

Which route onto Peppol is yours

We connect organisations to the same network several ways. The difference is whether your invoices need to come out of a finance system, whether you'd rather key them in and be sending today, or whether you want to offer eInvoicing to your own customers.

Government agencies

We work directly with local, state and federal agencies via the ATO's Peppol Capabilities and Associated Services Panel to get them transacting digitally across the Peppol network.

Enterprises & mid-market

Businesses automating AP/AR invoice and order processing out of an existing ERP or procurement platform, where invoices are already generated by a system and need to reach the network natively.

Small teams & single entities

No ERP integration to do, and low invoice volume. You key invoices in on screen and they go out over the same Peppol network — free in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand, with no card and nothing to install.

That's eInvoicePost — our self-serve product. Where your country requires invoices to be cleared or reported to the tax authority, it handles that in the same send.

Software & service providers

If you sell accounts payable automation, customer communications, accounting or advisory services, you can offer eInvoicing to your own customers on our certified access point — under your own brand, through the integration surface your platform already uses. Accreditation, Service Metadata Publisher operation, specification tracking and network support stay with us. Valtatech-certified partners implement and deploy eInvoicing services independently.

COVERAGE

29 countries, four different kinds of connection

Our Access Point is global, and it reaches 29 countries. Peppol covers most of Europe on one connection. Outside the network, several countries run their own national clearance systems that Peppol does not replace, so getting an invoice into Poland is a different job from getting one into Italy even though both are on the network.

National systems beyond Peppol

Separate country systems, or markets we scope individually. Ask us.

Croatia · Denmark (Nemhandel) · Finland (local formats) · Italy (SDI) · Nigeria · Poland (KSeF) · Spain (VeriFactu) · Taiwan · United States

Some countries appear twice on purpose. Poland and Italy are on the Peppol network and operate their own mandatory systems — KSeF and SDI — so connecting to one does not satisfy the other. Trading across APAC? The country-by-country compliance guide covers that region in detail.
